Live fleet

Real silicon.Real sensors. Real quirks.

Every device in the fleet is a physical Android phone in a climate-controlled rack, joined to a private network and reachable over ADB. No emulators, no virtualized GPUs, no faked sensor streams.

What's in the rack.

We organise the fleet by what you'd reach for it for — flagship sensors, foldable postures, root, or distinctive hardware. Specific models rotate as new generations ship.

FLAGSHIP
Flagship sensors
Top-end cameras and SoCs

Latest-generation camera modules and image-signal processors. Drive 200MP capture, validate HDR pipelines, and benchmark on the silicon your users actually run.

Representative models
  • Galaxy S24 Ultra
  • Pixel 8 Pro
  • OnePlus 12
  • Xiaomi 14
FOLD
Foldables
Posture and hinge events

Real foldable hardware exposes posture and hinge sensors that no emulator faithfully reproduces. Test continuity across folds, dual-screen layouts, and tabletop modes.

Representative models
  • Pixel Fold
  • Galaxy Z Fold 5
  • OnePlus Open
ROOT
Rooted & bootloader-unlocked
Magisk, Xposed, custom kernels

Devices with unlocked bootloaders and root-enabled images. Run Magisk modules, Xposed hooks, and instrumentation that requires elevated privileges.

Representative models
  • Xiaomi 14 Ultra
  • OnePlus 11
  • Pixel 7a (rooted)
GLYPH
Glyph & distinctive HW
Nothing devices, e-ink, etc.

Devices with hardware features you can't fake — Nothing's Glyph interface, secondary displays, custom haptics. Develop and demo on the actual surface.

Representative models
  • Nothing Phone (2a)
  • Nothing Phone (2)
MIDS
Mid-range & budget
Performance reality checks

Devices most of your users actually own. Validate frame pacing, ANRs, and memory pressure on the SoCs that make up the long tail of the install base.

Representative models
  • Pixel 7a
  • Galaxy A54
  • Redmi Note 13
DED
Dedicated slots
Pinned to your account

On the top tier you reserve a single device exclusively. State persists between sessions — useful for long-running test installations and CI fixtures.

Representative models
  • Any standard model on request
Across the fleet

What every device gives you.

These are the baseline guarantees. Specific units may go further (root, slot reservation, exotic sensors) — see the categories above.

Connectivity
Authenticated ADB over a private Tailscale network. No public ADB ports.
Latency
Sub-second connect on most regions. Heartbeats every 5 seconds keep sessions warm.
Storage
Devices are wiped between sessions on standard tiers. Dedicated slots persist state.
Sensors
Real accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, barometer, GPS where supported.
OS
Stock or near-stock Android. Major versions kept current within one release of upstream.
Network from device
Outbound internet via the rack's connection. Per-session traffic is logged for abuse handling.
Use cases

What people reach the fleet for.

Camera & ML pipelines

Validate capture, ISP behaviour, and on-device ML inference on real sensors instead of synthetic frames.

Foldable layouts

Test posture-aware UIs and continuity flows on hinges that emit real posture events.

Connectivity edge cases

Reproduce flaky cellular and roaming behaviour on phones with real radios — not VM stubs.

Root-required research

Hook system services, install Magisk modules, and run Frida against the live process tree.

Long-running soak tests

Pin a dedicated slot, install your build, and let it run for hours without losing state.

Performance reality

Catch jank that only shows up on the SoCs and thermals of devices users actually carry.
