Straight answer: the fleet is six Pixel 7a phones in a rack in the Netherlands. That is all of it — when they are taken, there is no deeper pool behind them. We would rather tell you that than take your card and hand you a queue.

What we do want is to know which phones to buy next, and whether the thing we've built is the thing you actually need. That is what the questions are for — they take a minute and they genuinely decide what gets built.

What you get today

One email when a device matching your use case is free. Nothing else — no drip sequence, no newsletter.

What we can already do

Native ADB on a real phone over a private Tailscale mesh, a browser shell and screen mirror, automation keys for Appium and Espresso, and per-minute billing. Real silicon, no emulators.

What we can't

No iOS. No browser testing. No root yet — every phone we run has a locked bootloader, so Magisk and Xposed work is not possible today. No foldables, glyph phones, or 200MP camera rigs either. All of it is on the list, and this form is how it gets prioritised.
